How it works
- Regular time with your team, often weekly.
- Ranging from half a day up to 3 days a week.
- Typical duration 6 months+.

The task was huge, we needed a complete sales and marketing overhaul.
We went back to basics, and under Catherine’s guidance identified three key areas of focus, proposition, brand, sales strategy.
Each area was broken down into sub sections, a plan was defined for each and successfully executed.
